Portico Moss Bank Rooms
Baby room - There are nine spaces designated for children aged 0-2 Years in a bright and welcoming room with a relaxing atmosphere. The baby room and the 2-3's room, are separated by a half-height wall and gate partition, allowing for a smooth transition for children moving from the baby room to the 2-3's room.
2-3's room - The room which holds 12 spaces, is organised to ensure that children can freely access all resources. All equipment is suitable for their needs and designed to accommodate the children who use this room.
Pre school - The large, spacious room is arranged with continuous provision areas, enabling children to freely access a diverse range of equipment. his setup encourages them to participate in enjoyable activities that cater to their individual needs and interests. There is also access to an outside area.
Our baby room is registered for 18 children aged 0 - 2 years. We have a small baby area by the large window.
The rest of the room is for older babies and toddlers. This allows us the flexibility to work with parents and decide when your child is ready and able to access the equipment and resources on the toddler side.
Our 2-5's room is registered for 32 children. The 2-5's group and the preschool group are together in this room, with key workers working in each group planning for their children's individual interests or next steps.
